Who we are and what these terms cover
Welcome to BartaBee ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). BartaBee provides n8n-based workflow automation services including custom automation builds, integrations, maintenance, and consulting.
By accessing our website, purchasing any service, or engaging with BartaBee in any capacity, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Services Offered
What BartaBee builds and delivers for you
BartaBee specializes in n8n automation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a separate Project Scope or Service Agreement issued before work begins.
- Custom n8n workflow design, development, and deployment
- Integration of third-party APIs (Meta, Google, WooCommerce, CRM tools, etc.)
- Automation consulting and strategy sessions
- Maintenance, debugging, and optimization of existing workflows
- Chatbot and AI-powered automation builds
- Training and documentation for client teams
Payment Terms
Pricing, schedule, and refund policy
Pricing & Invoicing: All service fees are outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Quoted prices are fixed for the agreed project scope only.
Payment Schedule:
- Projects under ৳50,000 BDT: 100% payment upfront before work begins.
- Projects above ৳50,000 BDT: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery.
- Retainer/monthly services: Payment due on the 1st of each billing month.
Late Payments: Invoices unpaid beyond 7 calendar days of the due date may result in work being paused. A late fee of 5% per additional 7-day period may be applied. BartaBee reserves the right to terminate the engagement for non-payment exceeding 30 days.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If BartaBee is unable to deliver the agreed scope, a pro-rated refund will be issued for undelivered portions only.
Client Responsibilities
What we need from you to deliver great results
To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements at the start of the engagement.
- Supply necessary API credentials, account access, and third-party tool access within 48 hours of request.
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within 5 business days.
- Designate a primary point of contact for all project communication.
Delays caused by client inaction — missing credentials, delayed feedback, or scope changes — are not the responsibility of BartaBee and may extend project timelines or incur additional charges.
Project Scope & Revisions
What's included and how changes are handled
Work performed by BartaBee is limited to the scope agreed upon in the project proposal. Any additions, changes, or enhancements requested outside the original scope are considered change requests and will be quoted separately.
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revision rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Intellectual Property
Who owns what after the project is done
Ownership of Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered automation workflows for their own business operations.
BartaBee Retained Rights: BartaBee retains the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks, templates, and non-confidential techniques developed during client projects. We will never share client-specific data, credentials, or proprietary business logic with third parties.
Open Source (n8n): n8n is an open-source platform subject to its own fair-code license. Clients acknowledge this and agree to comply with n8n's licensing terms available at n8n.io/legal.
Confidentiality
How we handle your sensitive business information
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, business data, credentials, and strategic details shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
BartaBee will never store, sell, or use client data for purposes beyond the agreed project scope. Any access credentials shared with us will be securely handled and deleted upon project completion if requested.
Warranties & Disclaimers
What we guarantee and what we don't
BartaBee warrants that all services will be performed professionally and in accordance with the agreed scope. We provide a 14-day bug-fix warranty post-delivery for issues directly caused by our implementation.
BartaBee does NOT warrant:
- Uninterrupted or error-free performance of third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, etc.).
- Compatibility with future updates or changes to third-party APIs.
- Results or business outcomes from automations (e.g., leads, revenue, conversions).
Services are provided "AS IS" beyond the 14-day warranty period. BartaBee disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
The maximum extent of our legal responsibility
In no event shall BartaBee be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
BartaBee's total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Termination
How either party can end the engagement
Either party may terminate the engagement with 7 days written notice. Upon termination:
- Client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.
- BartaBee will deliver all completed work products to the client within 5 business days.
- Any prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
BartaBee may terminate immediately without notice if the client fails to pay, violates these Terms, or requests automation of illegal or unethical activities.
Prohibited Uses
What our services must never be used for
Clients may not use BartaBee services to:
- Automate spam, phishing, or unsolicited marketing campaigns.
- Scrape platforms in violation of their Terms of Service.
- Build systems for harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity.
- Circumvent security measures of any platform or service.
Violation of this section results in immediate termination with no refund.
Governing Law & Disputes
Jurisdiction and how disagreements are resolved
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
